CapForge did my books through 2 years of my e-commerce journey. I had one month of delayed reports in all those months, which I chalked up to being near tax season. Everyone I was ever in contact with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for e-com businesses.

I switched to CapForge over a year ago because I needed better accounting. My former bookkeeper was doing cash accounting while I needed accrual. This service is way better as there is a whole team behind that works well together. Not to mention that I get it for only 20% extra the cost compared to my former bookkeeper and I'd say it is totally worth it.nnThe team is professional and they know their job. Their support is also top notch. Tamsin, the person I am in contact with, is replying my email in max 24 hours and she's finishing the books by 10th of the following month. If there are other issues, Matt the owner is always available.nnI had no problems so far and after more than a year of collaboration I feel confident in rating them 5 stars.

I am a new small business owner that is just starting out, and Matt and his team had been nothing but super helpful. He didn’t charge me for any of the valuable advice he has provided. Prior to consulting with him, I have been struggling to find the right answers on my complex situation, and everyone had different advice for me. And then I met Matt and his team, they are God sent!
