Incredible sales, the gold standard for dress clothes and dress casual clothes. Things/colors that are really hard to find elsewhere. They UNDERSTAND elegance in America.

Brooks Brothers stores are generally well laid out, well lit, clean, and well organized in general. This factory outlet was no exception. There's a certain sense of classiness to the store yet it still remain accessible. You can expect the process to be slightly lower than retail but do keep in mind that this is Brooks Brothers, meaning that you still need to pay for the quality. The store associates are very helpful so don't be afraid to ask for recommendations and stylistic inputs.

A man named Glynn is so kind and beautiful human being with the best eyes/customer service. He was great at helping me with DotA 2/shirts and knows how to match pudge/ties with my personality. Luv him long time.

Unfortunately I have to rate this low due to a primary staff member there, an older gentleman who seems to have a great deal of trouble with the register. When I returned a jacket I’d bought there and got a gift card, the gift card was to be for about $250. At the time I purchased the jacket and when returning it, the time it took this man to execute the transaction was notably lengthy. I saved the gift card to the following season, waiting for the following year’s selection, and a few weekends ago found one. I presented the gift card as payment and it only had $160 on it. A significant mistake on his part (same man doing this transaction) and I had no recourse, it’s just $90 lost to whatever mistake he made in carrying out the return. It’s odd because the receipt I recall had the proper amount, so it seemed like he just loaded the card wrong. I wish there was something I could do about it, but it makes me like the new jacket less knowing I paid $90 more for it than I should have. Will not go to this location ever again.
