Rabbit was absolutely amazing in getting my company’s hats made. He kept me up to date on what was going on and knew me by name when I walked in. Instead of calling he sent me a text message as it’s a lot easier for me.Truly appreciate you Rabbit if you ever see this. I’ll be back because of you to get more made. They turned out exactly how I wanted.

Bad Customer service!!!nnI have gotten so many hats from Lids stores in Canada and never had an issue went to this one to get a custom made hat (Square with initials in the middle). they did the artwork in the computer and looked fine. so I placed the order. when I came back 30 min later to pick it up my square looked nothing like it! the line was totally off and it looked out of shape. they started arguing and telling us that's the way it was. they refused to reimburse us the money. arguing that it was not their responsibility, that they were risk with the machine. later on they said when you order something custom made is like a tattoo sometimes you get it right sometimes you don't. when we told them we were not satisfied the manager said that he couldn't return it because it will raise a red flag with their corporate! well it should! if you are unable to provide the customer with the approved order and the artwork shown in their own computer then there is clearly something wrong!

This store has a nice selection of different hats however sometimes the teams to choose from can be limited.

Be careful!nYou can get ripped off!nI’m living in Vancouver, Canada.nToday, I visited there with my parents. My parents wanted to buy caps. So We wanted to use the chance for the buy two get one free promotion. And When I paid that time, The manager just asked to me my E-mail address and Do you wanna stitch for it? So I said to him, “No” clearly. After that, He didn’t give to me any explanation and any mention it, He asked to me my signature. So I thought that sign means for joining the Lids. And After pay complete it, I realized the price was something wrong. So I checked the bill in the shop and I asked to him even if I took that time was 30 seconds after paying. He said “that price is stitch prices...” But I never asked to him. Future customers should know that Seattle premium outlet Lids shop is , they are displaying the cap that stitch already in it. But I didn’t know that. Because I thought the design of the cap. Of course, We have also fault, because My mommy has Only working one eye. so she didn’t check the price. I think this shop manager should be trained more about customer service. Before you get the signature, You should explain to customer about why we need for your signamateur and you should mention about This cap needs more extra $15 dollars, Are you okay? . Please Don’t be make to be ridiculous to customer.

Quick and easy in this store. Easily found the hat I was looking for. Asked a customer service rep to find me my size, which he did within a matter of seconds. Great sports knowledge inside of the store as well. Engaged in a very good and lengthy conversation about vintage wear and current wear. Will definitely be returning to this store for my hats needs when I'm in the the area.
