All clothes are marked down, some have damage others are just in bulk, you can find really nice stuff! The employees on the other hand were absolutely awful. It was around 5 or 6, and they had my sister convinced that they were closing soon because they kept saying they were going to kick everyone out, more than once they said this (they didn't close for another 3 hours). I noticed that they complained about their job and gossiped with their phones in the middle of the fitting rooms and floor, it felt like we were a burden. I have never had that sort of experience at any American Eagle so it threw me off. For a minimum wage job I don't expect amazing customer service, but this was pretty bad.
