Eddie Bauer Outlet

The store is big enough and it has a variety of clothes that others stores in the mall don't have, better prices, good service, easy returns.nI love this store!

This is the best Outlet store by far for our area. Let's admit it, West coast Outlets are really not great- they offer just a tiny bit lower prices. This Eddie Bauer Outlet actually does better than most. They sell high quality T-shirts for $8 and great fitting jeams for $16.nNow on the East coast, Outlet stores still have better deals ( ex L.L. Bean an Outlet in NH you can get coats and dresses for $5, and boots for $15)!! Maybe someday the west coast Outlets will catch up with the East coast, but for now please know Eddie Bauer does have fare deals for our area. Plus, the quality of their clothing is fantastic and will last a lifetime!!

We were going after a long time for shopping. We really got some good deal even in Eddie bauer. We were able to buy few t shirts and some beautiful tops(from clearance). Pants for $19.99.

Me and my friend both are service dogs handlers. The door has a sign stating “no dogs” we went in and bam, 2 dogs. Both were bull dog type dogs and they were pulling at our service animals. We both told them nicely “hey I’m pretty sure pets are not allowed” the manager came over and yelled at us for “assaulting” her customers. All we did was say were pretty sure no pets as the dog has a no pet logo. She yelled at us so we both stood in shock for 2 minutes just looking around at each other. My friend went and asked her why she had to confront us like that and she went off. We have this incident all on video aswell, no where in the video we’re we rude.

Terrible customer service from woman named Kris who was extremely rude. Thus, instead of purchasing my 3 winter coats that I was in the process of purchasing, left disturbed by the lack of professionalism from her. Congrats on losing $400 of sales. I’d recommend North Face, Columbia and Arc’teryx in the same outlet — they also have better customer service and products for the outdoors.
