Theory Seattle Outlet

Waited 30min in line during their Black Friday weekend sale. Once I was inside I was very interested in purchasing an item, when I asked to see if there was more sizing options available I was rudely told “were not doing that today, whatever is out is what we’re selling”. A simple, “we can’t check at the moment” would have sufficed.

Nice and big outlet.

I love to shop here. I like Theory brand but more importantly, I really appreciate the staff's service. they help us find right size, check the price, get suggestion and additional discount too.

Busy store but great discounts and staff. The managers working were very friendly and assosiates were very helpful and attentive. I wish they had someone managing the fitting rooms. People kept walking in on me while changing. Overall great experience. I'm happy.

I like Theory, but their sales are not all that more than the sales I'd find at Nordstrom. Good customer service, though.
