Good service at the Seattle premium outlet mall.

Brandon was such a great help! We were instantly greeted and helped tremendously. This was the first time coming into this store and will gladly be back just because of his excellent customer service. Retail stores everywhere should hire more people like him! Thank you Brandon!

I was pretty disappointed in the manager there. Behind the counter in sweat pants, making the customer and the employees feel rushed. The sales associate who helped us was kind and helpful her name was Lauren. The main reason for the 1 star is simple genuine customer service from the manager is a must. I work in retail and I have for many years. I highly suggest if you work in a store that sales upper end items that you dress the part and not rush the customers.
