This is the best storage facility I've ever used. Best building design / construction, best staff / management, best service, cleanest, friendliest - best all around. I wish the entry keypad were on the driver side but that's not worth even a 1/10th point deduction. Good job, Safe Harbour.
I've had storage units here for 10 years and I have 5 units total. I've never had any problems and Bill has been a great guy to work with. Never had any issues. Highly recommended!

Have had several units there since 2006. Owner is top notch - friendly and helpful. Place is clean and secure. Aside from getting a call about a sprinkler break leading to water on the floor several years back (caused by a tenant, not the owner - I now put things in plastic garbage bags to avoid issues) it's been helpful to know that things are secure and temperature controlled even when living out of state. Looking to add another unit for temporary storage before a move. Highly recommended.
