Yesterday my husband and I were helped by Chris. He is very attentive and personable. We had a very great experience. He helped us with reserving a storage unit and renting it out. I originally signed up for a 10x10 online but after seeing it in person, we decided to upgrade to a 10x20 since we have a lot of big furniture. Chris made it very easy to make the upgrade and also answered all our questions. Thank you Chris for helping us out!
Since Smart Stop purchased Clock Tower the inside of the building floors are not as clean and the elevators need to be wiped down. Since I have been renting on and off from Clock Tower they never raised my storage rentnand Smart Start raised my rent even though I was in contract with previousnClock Tower. Really miss the Clock Tower staff as they were always helpfulnand professional.
Reserved a storage unit a couple of weeks ago. It turned out I needed a bigger space. Since I hadn’t moved anything into the original unit yet, Chris was able to accommodate my storage needs in a timely manner. The process was simple and the price was right. Thank you!
I came in with a few questions early this morning about sizing and despite being clearly very busy, chris was personable,friendly and informative. I really wished they had a 12×30 available! Hopefully soon, I will be checking back for sure
This location has a very competitive rate, and the bonus is that the units are climate controlled. Customer service is top notch. Chris hooked me up with a nice unit at a great rate, he was very polite, friendly and walked me through the procedure and explained everything to me well. It's rare to see such great customer service these days, but Chris knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
