This facility is so clean, so secure, and so friendly! Babes, The front desk attendant, is such a sweet soul. She’s very helpful, come to her with whatever issues you have and she will help you out! You can’t get much better when it comes to climate control storage.❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I had a reservation transferred from another Public Storage location (on 172nd St SW, which I do not recommend) after they didn't have a unit available for me. While the lady working was polite when she let me know they would not be able to honor my original rate, she did not offer any assistance in helping me find a solution for the literal truckload of items I was supposed to be putting into storage that day. Unfortunately, the only question she asked me was what price I had originally reserved for a 10x10 unit. When I told her she just exclaimed that was a really great price (it was 50% lower than what their location posted for a 10x9). Since there are so many Public Storage locations within a few miles, I would have appreciated their help finding solution at a comparable rate so I didn't have to pull up all of locations on my phone. I ended up going with a storage option that was not Public Storage.

Great place. Babes really helped me out and gave me outstanding customers service. If I ever have to rent a storage again this is the first place in coming. Its also pretty secure and climate controlled.

I was helped by Babes tonight and had the most welcoming experience. I had made a reservation earlier in the week, and today was my move-in day. Many things came up preventing me from making it there at an earlier time, but she still stayed to help me out. Thank you so much Babes, you helped me out of quite a jam and I'm so appreciative. It made my night!

Perfect, I enjoyed storing with them. Super helpful and personable. Haven't visited my storage unit in 3 months and they REMEMBERED me instantly when I finally showed up to move my belongings. Hastle free auto payments and updates on store hours when changed. Enjoyed it!
