Mike is great, he has helped me with both my personal and business tax returns.

I wish I could have given 0 stars, however, this was not possible. I phoned today to make an appointment with Mr. Russ to have my taxes done. The older woman who answered the phone informed me that he was not taking any new clients at this time. I politely asked how much he charges to prepare a Form 1040 for a single individual, to know for the future. She wouldn’t give me his fee, went on about his education etc., and bottom line she stated, “He charges less than H&R Block.” What does this mean, I thought to myself? She continued to talk a bit more, and once again I politely asked if she could give me an approximate idea what he charges, and she became irate, and continued with a hostile tirade. I work with the public and this lady needs to learn some proper etiquette how to speak to people in a civilized manner. Unfortunately, I will never use this firm in the future, as a result of the treatment I received from the lady who answers his phone.

Mike Russ has been my accountant and tax preparer for more than 30 years. He is thoughtful and thorough about his work and very creative and innovative when needed. He is utterly, totally dedicated to producing the best service and outcome for his clients.nnI describe him as caring, consistent and dependable.nnAnd by the way, I know what I am talking about: I am a CPA myself. I no longer practice accountancy; instead I work in the digital marketing industry, and I have had Mike do all my accounting and tax work for decades.
