After making huge mistakes last year with doing my taxes myself. And after taking on a 2nd job, I decided it would be best to find professionals to help me as I began to complete my W 4 form. I was extremely disappointed when call this company and inquired of the type of help they offered and if they could begin helping me with the completion of my w 4 form. I was told to go to the IRS website for W 4 form help. I then explained that the website was not clear on how to assist someone with multiple incomes, inquiring if it were not their job to assist with explanation of the IRS complicated lingo. He flat out said NO and that they only prepare taxes. Well excuses me sir! Is the W 4 form not directly related to taxes etc? He flat out refused to help me. They lost someone who was lost and looking for guidance and would have used their services to the max. Worst customer service I have experience in a very long time.nnUpdate: They did reach out to me and helped me with my needs. I greatly appreciate the kindness and help extended.
