I had the need to contact Doug's once before for a lock out. Due to the previous great service, I knew just who to call when I was in need of a tow today. I experienced a mechanical issue when taking my cat to his vet appointment. Being concerned about both my cat and car, Doug's was the calming voice I needed to hear. The cat got a clean bill of health and my car was towed directly to my mechanic's shop- who later relayed that the cost of the tow was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to contact Doug's again for future needs.
This is the third time I've used Doug's towing. Each time they have responded quickly. They tow my car directly to my mechanics shop. The services are extremely reasonable. It is reassuring to know when you are in a jam, you can rely on Doug's.
I can’t express enough how Much I appreciated Doug’s service. In short: he turned a possible bad day into a good one. Affordable as the name says. Professional. He has Good character, and is a man of the people. If I could give more stars I would. *HiGHLY Recommend*
Fantastic service from these guys as well as really great prices. The driver was training a new guy but still managed to be very friendly and didn't ignore me like some tow companies drivers often seem to. Seemed to take a lot of care in handing my car as well. Hopefully I'm never in the position to need a tow again but if I am I'll be sure to call Doug's
