Walked in here today and I know nothing about wigs but purchased a $160.00. I only tried 2 on. I had good customer service. The only problem was masks and a heavy Korean accent. Now I can be on the 6:30 am Zoom calls and not scare everyone! Oh hair!!!
Very patient, friendly, and wonderful customer service.
Dont know why they have a phone if they never answer it. Called 5 times this morning all at different times and never got anything but a voicemail. Ridiculous.
I'm surprised this shop has such high ratings. The woman that was there working acted like she could care less if i bought anything. Horrible customer service. Go anywhere else, if you know anything about wigs.
When I entered it was clear the owner did not want to help me. There was no one else in the shop. She barely spoke to me, even when I asked questions. During my stay she gave me no guidance. She acted as if helping me try on several wigs was a great chore. What should have been a fun experience was very unpleasant. Not until I made my purchase did she treat me with respect or even smile. Prices are reasonable but I won't go back for my second.
