We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve!
I went to this location to get a classic pizza. The guy at the register had an attitude when I asked him if they accepted coupon cards for a free pizza I received at the hospital I work at. He basically looked at the card, said he knows nothing about it and he won’t accept it. I am pretty sure this card should be redeemable at any San Diego location. I will write to the franchise owner and ask them later.
Sitting here waiting for my pizza. Just watched an employee picking old crust out of a pan and just rebutted it without really cleaning it. While he's doing that he dropped a pan on the floor picked it up and threw it back on the stack of pans he had just buttered. This'll be my last visit to this store.
Third time here. They never have their signature $5 hot n ready ready. They always have the $7 pepperoni ready. When you ask for the hot n ready they automatically sell you the $7 pizza without informing you of the up charge. Shady AF
