Super super helpful staff. James helped me today and really made buying a gift so much easier. He was really knowledgeable and polite and made shopping less of a hassle. 11/10 customer service. Definitely will be coming back for more gifts from here this holiday season.

Amazing customer service! I came in requesting embroidery on a newborn baby beanie. It was challenging since the fabric was so soft and small. I didn't think it would work. James took the time to carefully adjust the fabric and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. It came out perfectly!!! I am so touched by the attention and care that went into making it work. Thank you James!

The price for an item was to pricey for what I would like to pay for.

Lots of merchandise, not a lot in the way of toddler gear. Overall friendly staff, very helpful.
