Boy this is difficult. It's hard to separate the car from the service. Especially a used car. The used car that I bought was clean and beautifully detailed. I'm not sure what mechanical issues were done, or should be done in the case of used cars. After all they are used. If I wanted a perfect car, I'm obligated to buy a new car. I have already had to replace the battery and a side running light ( small but very difficult to get to).nAs to the sales force, I felt that they were very helpful and accommodating rather than being pushy . They took their time. I don't have any recommendations and appreciate their helpfulness in working through all of the steps.

Mario and the team are hands down the best! My wife and I made the trip from Hillsboro for a very specific vehicle. All the paperwork was done prior to arriving. We were welcomed by a few people and each and every one of them were professional and polite. Highly recommended shopping here!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had working with a car dealership! Jason and Toshi were amazing and very knowledgeable and made the process easy as pie. Kara was fantastic! She made the process of all the financing and paperwork simple and enjoyable. Kara was even able to help my daughter with refinancing her car and got her a great deal. My daughter and her husband were very happy with the outcome and how quickly she was able to help them and also made the process easy for them as well. Because of those three employees I will only buy infinity cars from now on and only work with infinity of Lynnwood for all my future car buying needs. They were truly great!
