THE MANAGER IS AWESOME. AFTER NEARL 3 YEARS... NO ISSUES. LOVE IT
I have two units at Granite Falls Mini Storage. They are the best prices that I found anywhere. The units close tightly so I haven't had any problems with water or rodents. I really appreciate that! Rachael, in the office is always friendly and efficient.
First, the fact that I have access to my unit 24 hours is a huuuuge help for someone like myself living on a graveyard schedule.nSecond, the manager is amazing! She and I have played phone tag (due to my weird sleep schedule, not her) multiple times. She is extremely friendly, cooperative, and helpful. As long as she is the manager and I need a storage unit, I probably will never leave. Word to the owners: don't lose her!
We've had our units for years. The manager is one of the best people you'll ever meet. Top notch customer service. We'll gladly refer people to this business, anytime!!
