I celebrated my nomination today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a fine evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for the successful event. The waiters contributed in a gorgeous way, the food was delicious and my friends were very overjoyed. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Talk about great customer service! I placed an order online for my company and forgot to save a copy of the receipt. I emailed them and they were able to send me a copy! The food is always amazing! We work close by and order form here often! Great sandwiches and great staff! Thank you

Good food and the nicest people. But don't come here if you only have a 30 minute lunch or are very hungry.n25 minutes for a simple ham sandwich is too long for the high price.nBest to order online and not walk in.nBecause the online orders take priority.nNice people, but I won't be back.---nUpdate. 30 minutes for my sandwich and I watched it sit on the counter for 5 minutes while the employees walked back and forth right by it and taking new orders. The gentleman next to me was just as frustrated as me. Total chaos. Even the people with online orders were having to wait for theirs.nJust insane. Awesome sandwich spot. Definite repeat spot for us. Update- 10/16/2020- dropping a few stars due to customer service and time management, bad experience. We visited today and ordered 3 sandwiches , 2 whole and 1 half, exactly as on the menu, nothing special. There was a few customers in front of us, so we understood that it might be a few minutes extra for our sandwiches to be ready. Everyone was in and out before we even got our sandwiches, including people that came after. It took 48+ minutes to get our food. There was a lot of disorganization between the employees since when the 25-30min mark passed, all the employees seemed lost and started asking what name our order was under, they were looking for our ticket, and at some point it looked like there was 4 people on the same order. It definitely was not a good experience. Not even when we had gone on previous visits, way before covid, when they had been at their busiest, lunch rushes, had it ever taken that long. One of our sandwiches was even missing an item. There was no, thanks for the wait, sorry for how long your order took, nothing. We were at the point were we almost were going to just ask to cancel our order and get our money back. Definitely will not be returning any time soon.

I can only review one sandwich at Gandolfo‘s because it is the only one that I will ever get at Gandolfo‘s, and that is the Rockefeller Ruben, end of story! You may think that you have eaten a great Reuben at some other deli that claims to have a New York flair my friend, but if you are anywhere near Rancho Cucamonga, I would strongly encourage you to find this place and try one - then compare it to what you have previously eaten because you are not going to be able to look at another deli without thinking about this Ruben. Here’s another tip, if you come alone and choose to eat this Ruben in front of other people, I hope for your sake that you are not easily embarrassed about making noises that you can’t control and by that I mean moaning out loud after your first bite or two. You may even begin to speak in tongues praising the corned beef gods. Yep, you will
