Just got back from ordering takeout from Dickie's. Not sure what happened to this location, but they really messed up my order. First they charged me $31 for only 2 brisket sandwiches, no sides, when I had specifically ordered sides. Then when I got home, my sandwich had no barbecue sauce, no pickles, no onions, but it did have cheese. I've never had them put cheese on a brisket sandwich. This was very disappointing. To top it off the brisket was cold. Not sure if they're understaffed or they're not familiar with their own menu.

Too expensive for the little plates they give you. The portion size are very small. Maybe Im used to the BBQ places I go to in L.A. Also I got brisket and the majority was fat on it. I was disappointed. This was my first time trying this place because I get flyers to my house but this is the last time I will pay $30 for an adult kids meal plate.nnI will say this. Excellent customer service. The girl that took my order was very polite and attentive.

The food was good but the service was terrible. I really wish I could get the $15 tip back. I was missing a pound of pulled pork and some of the barbecue sauce. Luckily I showed my receipt on my phone because they had no written record of the transaction. The fries were cold and the staff wasn't even apologetic for the errors. They just said the manager had thrown away the receipt. All of that and I was the only one in the restaurant!

We attempted to go last week. There were people sitting around inside and outside. We stood in line for 20 minutes and didn't move until someone came out from the kitchen and announced to everyone it would be 30 minutes before they could take any more orders. Most of us walked out. My wife recognized someone in the store that night that she ended up seeing the next day and asked how long they waited for food. They said they waited 45 minutes before they received their order.

The app placed an order more than half an hour in advance and received a confirmation email. When it was time to pick up the meal, they told me that the store did not participate in the event. It was a terrible experience. Why did the app successfully place the order if you did not participate? Why didn't you notify me earlier and arrived in the store? Just told me that I would not patronize this store in the future!
