Although all the years that I’ve been purchasing delicious food from this Pizza Hut I was disappointed this time around. I Purchased breadsticks with marinara sauce and my husband got home with the food and there was no marinara sauce. We could’ve driven back but the time it would’ve taken me to go pick it up and come home the food would of been cold. I wish they would of double checked the order before they gave it to us. I did call and let them know that they forgot it and they asked me to come back but that is so inconvenient. They should’ve gotten my order right in the first place.
Ordered parmesan garlic wings and the wings were plain with no seasoning. One of the pizzas ordered had a white sauce instead of a red sauce. I thought all pizzas defaulted to red sauce.

Hands down thee worse Pizza Hut ever!!!! This is the 2nd time in a week period that they didnt give me what I paid for. I asked for garlic parmesan crust and got plain both times. I ordered and paid for two ranch dressings, didn't get them. I ordered mild wings the first time and got some sweet tasting wings. Then the staff arent the most professional, its like they hired high school kids who don't take their job serious. I am so frustrated that if I ever do decide to eat pizza hut again it def wont be the archilbald and walnut location, which sucks because I live across the street smh.
They said curbside pickup . No sign for the pick up. No one was there then I needed to get in to the store to find someone.
