What a blessing to my health, wallet, and waistline to find Fit Meals Direct before the world went crazy. I have no concerns about meal planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, or cleaning. Plus I have an amazing food selection, I can eat keto, and choose what I want . Definitely worth it!

I love the food, my favorites are the blackened Chicken breast, Salmon and grass fed beef.nI love the convenience and that I get to choose the portion size of 4oz, 6oz or 8oz. and the ability to choose 2 vegetables.nThe service has allowed me to spend more time with my son instead of rushing home after work to cook dinner.
