Horrible customer service. Paid by the hour. Told me I was next and wait would only be a few minutes. A half hour later she was still on the phone. Can't cut hair if computer is not working. Did not care about waisting peoples time because she was getting paid either way. Take your business elsewhere. Now the owner wants ro make excuses for poor management, training, and unprofessional employees. Keep making excuses for them and yourself. Everyone take your business to people that have basic common courtesy for customers. Sad piss poor leadership equals piss poor employees.
Amazing haircut with amazing service while watching a fight on a big screen TV. What more could you ask for?
