Highly recommend this location. Erin cut my husband's hair a while back. For some reason his hair is difficult to cut - most barber's/beautician's don't, won't or can't take the time to cut it correctly. I was very impressed when I heard she did it correctly, so I knew I would try her next. She asks questions, listens and does a great job ( very fast). I was very happy and will be back.
Kos was great. I needed a cut at the last min and it was a Sunday. She was friendly and funny. She found a spot and fit me in. I have 20 + years in customer service and this was great customer service. It was a great experience! Thank you Kos I'll be back for sure you are AWESOME!
Not only are the hairdressers friendly and knowledgeable but they really try to make it all work in a pandemic. I appreciate the phone app, the ability to see where I am at in line, and that the are spacing out appointments. I feel safe and well taken care of there.
If you need a good cut go in and ask for Kos. I've been coming to this location for 6 years now and now I can't go anywhere else. My two boys just love her and we will keep coming here as long as we can see Kos.
The good hairdressers come and go, so cross your fingers. The management is atrocious. (Notice they can't even tell which place this is in the reviews) This photo was 'nothing off the top'. When I came back, the manager offered to cut it shorter to make it right... didn't offer an apology, which I would have taken. If you find a good hairdresser here, follow them to their inevitable next shop.
