I’ve been seeing Jaime at Chroma Salon in Edmonds for almost three years and absolutely love her! She always listens to what I want regarding my cut and color and provides helpful suggestions when I have no idea (which is often). She is an amazing colorist, does a wonderful job with styling and never makes me feel pressured to add on any unnecessary services. The salon itself is VERY clean, friendly and always on time. I’d highly recommend Jaime and the salon to anyone who wants a great professional cut and color .

I love this salon! Jaime has been my stylist for three years and she always does a phenomenal job. I have long, naturally curly hair and I get major blonde highlights every time I see her. My hair never feels damaged even after years of being bleached. She listens to what I want and offers good advice for hair care. She remembers the hair products I use and things about me personally. You can tell she really loves and cares about her job and about making her clients happy, and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to see her. All the other stylists are friendly too, especially Deb. The salon is always clean, smells good (Aveda products smell amazing!) and is a relaxing space. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a lot of years, 75, to look for a great professional. hairdresser. I am so thankful that I have found Alex! Because of her perfect way of cutting and styling, my hair continues to be manageable between cuts. That has always been a problem for me because of so many cowlicks. I highly recommend her!

Very expensive for a poor quality of haircut received. Worse haircut than one I received for half the price. My haircut is the worst I've ever had and was not at all what I asked for. I didn't feel listened to. I wanted a lot of layers but didn't really get any. I said I liked to style my hair wavy and was going for a wavy look but then my hair was straightened and cut straight. Because it was cut after my hair was straightened, it doesn't look right after I washed it and it was back to it's normal texture. The razor was so overused that my hair is not thin and frizzy. I will go somewhere else that listens a bit better next time.
