For the first time ever I actually got amazing service. The person at the counter I believe her name was Brenna was awesome and friendly and asked if we found everything. I rarely shop here because it feels like you get a cold shoulder for coming in the store. But from now on if she's there I'll go in. I spent almost $50 today and got a bunch of cute stuff. If you're looking for a baby carrier they had several Tula carriers today. 9-15-2020

Woman at the front is so rude it’s incredible. I consigned here and did not receive MOST of my items that didn’t sell. They gave an expired check to me, she threw my items that didn’t sell across to me. I actually told her to treat her customers with more respect and she said she doesn’t need to. I don’t know what to do about the expired check, she wouldn’t write a good one. Don’t consign here, there are much better places near by that value customers. They offer the lowest dollar amount for items too. I have made much more money at Kim’s. They are thieves all around here.

First I want to say that I do not understand reviews that's complaing about the having to bag your own stuff... Not a big deal at all!nSecondly I want to say that the staff and store is really nice.nWell organized, lots of stuff for any age of child/baby, when they say gently used they mean it. There was not a single piece of clothing I picked up that had a stain or tear plus there was quite a bit of brand new stuff available as well. A huge selection of baby gear items and bedding as well.nnI bought over 25 items plus a diaper genie and spent only $70!

I love this consignment shop! They have a wide selection with fair prices. Everything is organized well and it makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

Be great if the drop of hours could accommodate the working single parent. 3pm is pretty unrealistic for some of us.
