This is the 2nd Sunday that I've ordered pizza & its taken forever...the staff in the store seemed a bit frazzled, but the young lady that assisted me was helpful & professional. It didn't help that there was a customer ahead of us complaining, holding up processes. Good pizza (I got the deep dish) and the staff was good, but there wasn't enough of them, it seemed. Seems like perhaps there is scheduling issues?
What is the point of ordering ahead and arriving at the time specified if you still have to wait.....
This place does everything right! Great staff! Very friendly and polite. The food is great for the price. You can't beat it!
Stuffed crazy is nasty, nothing like picture. This location never has hot and ready.
The location didn’t give the complete order to my son. My son stepped outside and realized he was missing 2 more pizzas. Went back in and within the minutes he was in the parking lot the staff assumed we had forgotten our pizza and proceeded to eat it. They told him “oh we thought you left so we opened it” then they gave him 2 new ones that were just made. I called to speak with their manager and she called my son a liar and called me “sweetheart” when I told her what happened and asked for her district manager. She refused and just patronized me and said she was fine if we never went back to her location.
