This location is great and Bethany is really helpful and professional. Customer service here is above and beyond. I have had to increase my unit size a few times with no issues. The property is clean and the location is convenient. There are multiple Public Storage facilities near the area that I have been to, but this one is by far the best!

Jeri and Charlotte was very friendly and helpful. To rent a space in person took for me 10 minutes, quick and easy! Clean unit! It was a great experience!
Convenient location but (everybody should read their contract carefully) they're not responsible for anything.nEven if a problem is definitely the location manager's fault, you sign their accountability away, so you can only be compensated through insurance. Even if it is a location-specific problem. Every location has different security systems so it's a total A. lack of responsibility B. lack of confirmed security. C. victim blaming, which is super fun.nAnything stolen or damaged at any facility is officially your fault and your problem to solve. This business is the whiny teenager of storage facilities. The location is convenient, and the staff are really nice! I'm grateful that the staff takes the time to walk around the premises and check on everything. Today I left my unit, without locking it, and Blake left me a voicemail to let me know he locked it for me. I thought that was very nice, and it makes me feel comfortable leaving my things there.
