It was easy place the order, my order was understood and delivered on time. Very pleased. The Delivery Man was polite, caring and followed all instructions.
I ordered online and had to wait almost an hour and a half before I received my order. They need to speed up their delivery process. Other than that the food was great!
Terrible service! Half of the employees wearing their mask under there nose ud83eudd26♀ufe0f Ordered for curbside pick-up waited over 20min app said to call and was placed on hold for for a lil over 10min. While the entire time I can see them just standing around conversating fr my car. Eventually got tired of waiting and got off to pick up my order which had been sitting there and all I got was a eyeroll. Definitely not returning and do not recommend especially during this time that we're in seeing them not taking safety precautions while handling food.
Order was ready on time, and friendly service. Food was delicious as always.
Worst pizza so far. Bad experience! I placed an order online and got an email letting me know that my pizza would arrive at 8:25 pm. I got a text msg with an update at 8:15 that my order was out for delivery. I live 7 min away from the store. I called the store twice for an update but I got hung up on BOTH TIMES. My order arrived at 8:46. I was disappointed when I opened the box to see an almost burned pizza ( It was hard and dry) it tasted old. I took a picture do upload it but I guess there is no option for that.
