Domino's Pizza

I never make reviews but this place is so unorganized. I’m not being a Karen but I mean this in the most nicest way but do not order from here, especially this location. I had placed an order @6pm and I’m gonna emphasize SIX pm and I decided to give them a call and ask for an update because come on it’s about 8:10pm so what two hours later. I had told them what was going on the first gentleman was rude and was like “well it take two hours so give it thirty minutes and hanged up on me. So me being nice I decided to give them 30 minutes. I proceeded to call back and they told me they were going to dispatch my order in 5-10 minutes. Which I had said cool. Within five minutes of the worker hanging up I got a call from them. They called to say they apologized for the wait that they had gotten back up but if I had wanted a refund or just deliver. At this point I’m like just deliver it. WORST DECISION EVER. They once again never brought it so I had called them one more time just to see what we can do now because at this point I’m irritated. The gentleman I talked to was very kind but had mentioned to me that I had “cancelled” which was wrong. Then he proceeded with that “ they were calling me but my number did not go through” which was incorrect because he had personally called me. Now at this time they are as lost as me and I’m just irritated because we had waited 4 hours. Just don’t order from here at all. Pick another location. Countless times I was going to be transferred to the manager and it was the same boy never once did the manger apologized or reassure me my order was on the way. I give him props gentleman who helped me for the way he handled this. I did indeed got a refund and was mentioned that they were still gonna send the pizza with no charge for the inconvenience which they did but five hours later. I ordered at 6pm and got our pizza @11:15pm. So that shows you there customer service. Moral of the story save your time and order from another location.

Not the best pizza valley Blvd Dominos adds more topping. This one had very little pepperoni and jalapenos. Add a little more!

Sometime's I'll get great service, but most of the times I order food at this Dominos the workers are kind of rude. Still continue to order from here though because of how close they are to me ud83dude15

It would be nice to received the order you placed.asking for specific items you need should mean just that. It's been happening much too often. Just taking you're money without giving you What you ask for is not acceptable. I found out when i got home always.

I love this dominos every single time i put on the note that I’m disabled and it take me time to get to my drive way they go beyond for there customers thank you to my driver April as soon as she see my address she know this is a special order thanks dominos team!!
