Staff was really rude to me. I talked to a short lady brunette hair. When I tried to use my guest pass which my mom had gotten for me she pulled me aside to her desk and asked me if I wanted a membership and when I said no she kicked me out. Not great cause this club is close to my house and wanted to get back into working out. Safe to say they lost my business for good.

I canceled my membership in February in person, of course... It was well done I thought, just before they closed for covid.nCancellation didn’t happened... the LA fitness center said it wasn’t closed properly ud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02nSo... since they reopened they charging me every month.nMy bank started a claim with them...nI got more money back so far...☀ufe0fnI visited them today, they said I wasn’t here canceling my membership in February...nI canceled again and there is a balance I still have to pay for...ud83eudd74nWhat a shady business?! Seriously?

Solid club. My only complaint was the supervisor for the personal trainers was a horrible human being. But he's no longer there, so all is well again. The trainers themselves are wonderful, btw. :)

Everything is extremely clean, staff as friendly as always and super careful with social distancing. So happy it is open once again! BEST GYM EVER
