This place is amazing. Nothing but good vibes, great coaching, great staff. A real family atmosphere. Have made good friends here and thats on top of getting in great shape. Very highly recommended. Worth every cent.
This place is amazing! The staff is the best! They help keep you motivated, engaged and help correct your form in a non judgmental and non embarrassing way, so you get the most out of your workout. Once I signed up, I never looked back and look forward to every work out I have in my calendar! I feel like they truly want the best for their clients.
I was gifted some sessions by a friend who’s been going to OT for a long time. A little anxious at first, the friendly and welcoming staff put me immediately at ease. I love that there is a professional trainer there showing me how to do things, telling me when to do them, and giving me alternative exercises when I need them.
The staff is motivating, supportive and fun! I love not having to worry about what I'm going to do for the day and just listen and SWEAT. One of the best workouts I've ever had!
I liked that the workout is very organized, the coach was fun and can understand and hear her clearly (the mic was a plus), I love the music blasting and I liked that my workout personalized based on my body. Clean facility!
