When I walk into this building, I feel like I have known these people forever! They are so kind and wonderful! I feel like it's a family, and they have all welcomed me with open arms! Especially my therapists Erin and Stephanie!!

I went to Experience Momentum following knee surgery on a recommendation from my wife. My initial knee injury was bad enough that, at 59, I really had a doubt that I was ever going to get it all back to the level it was before I tore it up. The surgeon readily repaired the internal mechanical problem, but I still lacked mobility and full joint rotation, and my leg had become weak from being injured while waiting to do the surgery during COVID19. It was a significant concern to me since it was impacting both the operation of our local business and my active lifestyle outside of work, including hobby farming, cycling, hiking, etc. I had my doubts. Fortunately, I got to work with the folks at EM. I got helped by very skilled team that included Taylor, Stephanie, Cat, and Blake. They each brought specific high level skills and observations to my treatment. Along the way I asked a lot of questions and got to learn all about what was going on with my physical therapy and healing process, and how to improve the combined use my joints to keep them healthier and reduce stress while not limiting my activities going forward in any way - just making better use of my body. It took work on their part and on my part, and I am now very grateful for the outcome. I went from being crippled up to being fully back to all of my activities, and doing them all with more flexibility. These were really good people to work with. I went in to get a massage that should have been covered by my insurance however before verifying coverage EM went ahead and provided the service then the insurance denied the claim and now I'm stuck with a 300 dollar invoice. The front office should have done their job correctly and verified insurance ahead of service. I would not have gotten the massage if I would have known. Other massage therapies after that were covered so I'm not sure why these are not. Now EM continues to badger me for this money and flooding my mailbox with mail after telling them to resubmit the claim to the insurance.. The front end staff are rude and unhelpful when it comes to a dispute but are incredibly helpful when they take your money..

Decided to take the ski slopes a little too fast, and ended up a little banged up. Never really tried PT before, so I didn't know what to expect. I worked with Dr Stephanie Magnin and Dr Blake Stephens and they absolutely CRUSHED it! They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to rather quickly diagnose all issues with my injury. Not only did I recover, but came out of this feeling better than ever. If the rest of the staff is anything like these two, I would highly recommend Experience Momentum to anyone needing PT!
