SEPHORA inside JCPenney

The employee working was very nice and helpful. The store was clean. However, it was all crammed into a very small space.

Zoey was incredibly kind and helpful! She helped me figure out which color foundation would match the best and she was spot on. She was very friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely will be coming back!

lots of choices

I waited 15 minutes for an employee to be available and left when I realized they wouldn't be done with their current customers anytime soon. I feel like if you're good at your job, you'd learn some breakaway techniques to help multiple customers at the same time (I work in retail too), especially when the mall is busy and there's only 2-4 employees working at a time.. it's a little ridiculous. I wasn't even acknowledged the entire time.

The lady who helped me was so rude.
