Just returned some items. Service was good.

Took my daughter and granddaughter shopping. We were able to find almost everything but the stuffed puppy from puppy dog pals. They showed it in stock but couldn't find it. ud83dude25

It was right after opening so there wasn't many people there. Unfortunately, the escalator going up was out of service. People were having to wait at the elevator. They did have a good selection. Shopping was pleasant.

JC Penney is really nice. They have great customer service and are very friendly,there's also a photo place,great for the holidays.

I've been a customer there for years and they have really gone down hill. It's dirty and there are hardly any customer service counters. You can only make returns in the way back pay of the store in a long line. It's really inconvenient and dismal. The dressing rooms are really dirty, at least they were before covid. I don't even think you can use them now. I can see why they are struggling to stay in business. I used to really like shopping there.
