Windsor (Alderwood - Lynnwood, WA)

My daughter bought a jacket from here and decided that she didn't want it so she tried to return it. Apparently this company doesn't return anything if the price tag isn't attached. She had moved the price label initially as she was sure this jacket would go with her outfit but it didn't. It seems that this clothing company doesn't have the ability to reattach price tags. How ridiculous is this? So no return for her. With retail on its knees right now you would think they would care to keep their customers happy. She will never shop there again.

I love the clothing in the store! They have an awesome selection, except they carry waaaaay to many smalls and not enough Medium or Smalls. The staff also look like they hate their jobs and they aren’t quick to help customers either! They only have 3 dressing rooms and you could easily be waiting 10-15 just for one dressing room, but be carful since there is no official line for dressing rooms you easily get cut. LOVE the clothing just not the staff.

Buy online and return in store isn't good. The return policy isn't like Nordstrom. A hassle. Employees in store try to help but executives need to improve service options..
