Estée Lauder is one of the greatest beauty brands that all shopping centers in nationwide truly needed since it’s quality and result provide everyone satisfied without regret .nBUT It will be better if Macy’s can provide all beloved customers both Estée Lauder product lines with politely sale associates since most people got bad experiences from those rude Macy’s staffs.

Extremely disappointed experience! The sale associate with name of Atieh Carami really ruined our weekend (estee lauder at Macys, Alderwood Mall, WA)!! My families (5 people) went shopping at alderwood mall yesterday (Nov 5th 2017). My husband purchased one Estee lauder doorbuster for me as a gift, and my mother-in-law wants to get one too (She is a non-English speaker foreigner and currently visiting us). I asked Atieh whether there is any limitation? She said: one per customer. Then I told her that my mother-in-law really want to get one set too. And Atieh said : No! (Very rude, extremely bad attitude). She changed her word to: one customer per family. She just changed the rules by herself because of her discrimination, since right before us, her colleague sold 2 sets doorbuster to an American couple. I told her that my parents-in-law are going to fly back to China in 2 weeks, and we showed her my parents-in-law's flight tickets even. Guess what she said? She said that she knew my mother-in-law will give the doorbuster to me, and she said she saw me before. I told her I did not come to this store for more than two months, when did she see me and how do you know my mother-i- law gonna give the gift to me? She definitely can not answer. Even, My mother-in-law did not speak English, and she spoke “I use” “for me” to try to ask her to sell one set, only one? Atieh still very rude to my mother-in-law who is a super nice/gorgeous lady!!! This really irritated me!! Atieh refused her just because of her guessing/imagination!! She treated us with arrogant and rude attitudes all the time! ! And Atieh, do you think my parents-in-law bought two expensive international tickets just because they want to buy one set (yes! only one!) doorbuster for me?? So ridiculous! ! Atieh, you are showing your discrimination nakedly in this country, and treating your customers by your imagination. That’s not right, Atieh! You are not native American neither. When you discriminate other people, it is the same as you are discriminating yourself and your ancestor. My mother-in-law feel very hurt about this experience because she really do not know why you refused her with this stupid reason. Do you know why I wrote this review? Because when I complained this in my social media, two of my friends complains about you! Seems this is not your first time!!! Much worst, you even stop your colleague selling stuffs to her customer with the same reason that you saw the customer before!! I guess you mush have the best memory in the world to remember all the customers, especially Chinese! Let me re-emphasize again, that I probably visited your store less than 5 time per year! You did a great job on recognizing me and all the other Chinese!! What a discrimination!! No excuse!! You know, I have been a loyal and platinum customer at macys for more than 10 years, and you really ruined Macys’ reputation! Atieh, you owe my family apologies! However, we will not accept it!!
