Macy's is always my go-to store! Right now the deals are better than ever so go and stock up because once we are out of quarantine you will be in style! But customer service is great at Macy's. They are the best!

Looking for a new pair of waterproof boots ready for winter. Great selection in Macy and bought a pair of Clarke's black boots in their sale and received a great discount. Staff very helpful.

I like the people there. They are great. No dressing rooms today so makes shopping interesting. It would help to shop too if you could find the prices, many items aren't labeled.

Right now they have really great pricing and sales but like everyone else, no dressing rooms because it's the summer of covid
