ud83cudf55ud83dudc95nIt's been a long time since I ate at Mountain Mike's and it was my first time at this particular location.nIt appeared to be a safe location regarding Corona. Napkins were available for opening the entry doors. The dining room seating was mostly all cleared out of the way. There are a few tables on the side of the building outside.nIt took around 10-15 minutes from taking my order to handing me my pizza. While I was there, a noticed that a DoorDash dasher showed up to pick up for a delivery, so I guess that's available here.nThe crust was satisfyingly thick with the right amount of color and crunch. The sauce and pepperoni have a savory spicy richness that many of Mike's competitors lack. I ate the pizza while the cheese was still all hot and gooey. ud83cudfb6And they called it pizza love. ud83cudfb6.nYeah, it was that good. I forgot how much I love Mt. Mike's pizza. We ordered a pizza for delivery online with an estimated delivery of 45 minutes. An hour later we called and found out that they had not even begun our order because they were understaffed. We ended up picking it up to avoid waiting another hour. The pizza was great but unfortunately the slow service was not. If the location is understaffed, perhaps the online delivery time should reflect that so their customers can make informed decisions.

People are nice, food is good. Very disorganized and unable to get food out on time. Multiple visits and now I'm not even surprised anymore when the food is late. 25 min. turns to an hour. They should just call you when the order is ready.

Called at 4:49pm for pickup, told us it would be 35mins, no big deal I'll go and pay for it. I arrived at 5:15pm, paid. Other folks names were called while I waited. 5:47pm, staff has not called my name. Asked the employee at front counter if they could check on my large combo. Sup said they are wrapping it up.....sorry not true. Kitchen staff pulls box out of warmer. Sad to say, not only was the service lack luster, the pizza was cool, not hot and not warm. Pretty much a not so good experience, might be a while before I roll the dice on this place.
