I too have fallen victim to the stomach sickness after ordering from this location on several occasions. For a while I thought it was something else but have noticed a pattern not that long after eating I get really sick and spend countless hours with stomach flu and severe cramps. The saddest part is I rather spend the extra money to buy from round table since I love the pizza. I am very discouraged by this location I am sure I won't purchase pizza from this location again. To see multiple reviews from fellow neighbors with the same concerns is horrible. I think it's time to call health services on this location.nnFurther more the response that people get from your customers relations team is sad. You're asking people to write an email to [email protected] and Express our concerns.nnSo you can evaluate our feed back to you're team. If that's the case then why do they have you there for shouldn't you be doing that for us.nnI know you're not going to do anything about so I write this review in Hope's that the no one else buys from this location either.nnAttached is a picture of the pizza that we bought which will now be thrown away as you can see two slices eaten on the pepperoni pizza and 3 on the Maui Maui pizza.

Ordered pizza at 5 but the crust was old, like it was from the day before. Very chewy. Remainder was fine but when you pay a lot for pizza you want fresh crust.

Tonight we had a great experience. Our pizza only took 10 min and was delicious!

Roundtable has always been my go to pizza chain because of their quality in service and ingredients. Earlier this week I ordered a pizza and my entire family became sick almost immediately. The pizza was all we had eaten that day so it was easy to pinpoint. My husband kids and I all came down with the same gastrointestinal issues and couldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. I reached out to inform Roundtable later that evening and nothing was done! I did not receive an apology from the supervisor i explained my grievance to or the call from management I was promised. I have worked in management for 20 years and I value customer service, this is unacceptable! We have been loyal customers for decades, but I wont eat here again!! I no longer feel comfortable giving business to a company that doesn't value their customers!!
