Ive been so eager to try this bbq, and finally had dinner there last night. We were so disappointed. The food was barely warm and was very dry. We had beef & shredded port with green beans and beans. It was already in small dishes and seemed to have been sitting there for quite awhile.nI would NOT recommend this to anyone. We ended up throwing most of it away. What a disappointment.

This used to be the spot but as of recently ; The ribs are barely edible. One side has the worst taste I’ve ever tasted in my life then the other side tasted like old ribs. Seriously disappointed in our last purchase. The buns are old by the way. I gagged when trying to enjoy it like I usually do.

This restaurant is my favored. I eat in a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very warm and the food they place on your table is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a nice dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

This place was the sorriest tasteless food and service from any fast food establishment that I've ever been to. The employees don't pay attention to the customer's request they just do what they want to do to get you out of there. The store wasn't clean and 1 of the employess had no mask on. I'm not sure how you lasted this long or however long that you've been in business. Serving Box macaroni and cheese and can pork and beans that you label barbecue baked beans NO taste at all, you should be out of business! I can get better tasting frozen Barbecue from the 99cent store! You also should focus on not just serving better tasting food but providing your employees with some updated customer service skills you actually get a 1/2 the star just for being in business P.S. a copy of this will go to Yelp

Ok, so here's the deal. We have ordered Dickeys twice online and ON THE MENU it says to either select or NOT for pickles/onions and the type of BBQ sauce you want. BOTH times (we just within the last 30 minutes received our second order) we did not get the requested pickles/onions or Spicy BBQ sauce that we had selected. I mean, come on, if you know BBQ, you know it's half about the sauce! But these are two easy misses and I'm done. The meats and sides were great, but to not complete the order both times just was the final straw.
