Nov 18 2020 I went in to buy some items around 6 pm and the gentle man who helped was very rude. Just huffing and puffing; Swesring under his breath because I requested assistance during his smoke break . It was a very uncomfortable experience

I absolutely love this store and highly recommend it! All the fun toys and the women working there are so helpful and insightful

I had an issue w a whip and the owner had it replaced pdq. Five stars for service, less stars for store issues.

Before Covid I would go here as much as possible to support them, I’ve only ever had good experiences with the staff even when being a bit bratty. I love this store and the people who own and run it, it has one of the largest BDSM toy selections I’ve seen.

Really great selection. However the owner has been really unpleasant every time I've gone there, and most recently was aggressively rude to me for no good reason. I will not shop here again.
