Mountain Mikes vary in quality everywhere you go because of the various differences in franchise quality but this one is top notch. Crust is not too overcooked and not too undercooked.

I don't know about everyone else but I don't have a problem with this location pizza is good and good service it may not be perfect everytimenevery restaurant has there bad days and good days. we don't live in a perfect world...i ordered from here 4 or 5 times it was great everytime and I actually had a great experience here they accidentally made me a large Chicken luau instead of a smallnAnd they just gave it to me so thats a reason to go back ud83dude05

I ordered a large pizza half Mt veggie and it was miss the artichokes so it blended in looking like the Evert, I called and I was told to send a picture of the pizza witch I did and I wss told they would credit me back what I paid. I checked my account and I was still charged. I called and was told since it was only missing one ingredient they were not going to credit me. After seeing everyone else complaint I don't see them staying open if they don't stand by what they said.. In this time of days you would think they would want to keep their customers happy. But overall that's not what they want..

I love Mt. Mike’s pizza. However, not the one on Manzanita Ave in Carmichael. I order thin crust pizza because I had a stomach surgery and can’t eat the regular crust. I picked up my pizza, got home—it’s original crust. I called, they said it was thin. It is so NOT thin crust. They would not remake it. There are two slices missing. That’s it. And the chicken tasted spoiled. I have ordered Mt. Mike’s 100’s of times. No problems. The employee spoke to the manager, and he won’t remake,/return make right a $30 pizza. Something about us having eaten it... We ate two slices. Don’t order pizza from this store. That’s all I know going forward! I am not a bad reviewer, 95% of my reviews are 5 stars! Don’t let kids run your business! Duh.

This place is very disappointing! Ordered a pizza and it didn't have the correct toppings on it. The manager said she noted my account with a 40% discount. Tried ordering again today, guess what? No note! I frequent small businesses in the area and I am giving this place a huge thumbs down. You lost my business!
