Spreading my pizza order between the topmost and bottommost drawers of the Pizza Portal when it's otherwise empty is, frankly, a little mean (I get it, you're bored sometimes), but this particular shop's pizza is consistently good, so it's worth it.
Ordered hot and ready and as usual had to wait about 15 minutes for order.
This location used to be so good. They switched staff or something or the ovens cook too hot. Idk. But I ordered for the last time. ✌
I ordered a cheese, extra most bestest, and a Hawaiian. First, I was told it would be a 5-10 min wait (cool no worries, thinking my pizza was gonna be fresh). Went back in, the cashier asked if I ordered there (umm, hello! I just ordered with you...your name is on the receipt). They forgot my cheese in my order, so I had to re-order it (no worries, its dinner rush). Well the cheese and Hawaiian were as dry as Sahara and definitely NOT FRESH!
I love going to this place but the customer service is bad. I tried to do an order over the phone and the kid told me you just need to come in here it was for four pizzas. The pizza is great and all but the people working behind the counter could be a little bit more pleasant especially working with the public all the time.
