We had a great experience with Stephanie. She was very personable and made this entire process fun. I was able to go with my daughter who enjoyed the decorations. I'll definitely be coming back next year.

I was worried about my taxes this year as I had a few W2's and many deductions. Turbo-tax just wasn't going to cut it. Angela Sutton at the Jackson Hewitt on Lichen Drive in Citrus Heights is a tax rockstar! She put my fears at-ease, told me about all of the awesome tax credits I qualified for and she got me WAY more money on my return than I even thought imaginable! She even gave me $100 off My filing fees! In this day & age you never see real discounts like that unless there's some red tape somewhere... Not with Angela, she gave me that $100 discount no-strings-attached! My advice to ANYONE about to file thier taxes is GO SEE ANGELA SUTTON!!! I guarantee you'll be happy you did and you'll be equally astounded at the size of your return! Seriously... Go see this lady!

I came in to the Jackson Hewitt today totally frustrated because I couldn't do the taxes on my own, I had so many documents from my brokerage I didn't know what to do. Stephanie was very patient and helpful and explained the whole process. she made it seem effortless and painless I can't imagine going anywhere else for years to come thank you Jackson Hewitt and Stephanie for making tax time fun again.
