Reasonable prices and super helpful staff!! I had two separate units at this location and the team made it very easy to transition. I don’t often have help when making massive moves but Corey and Phil were super kind and helped me out. They went above and beyond thank you Corey and Phil!!! If I ever need a unit again I’ll be sure to come back here!
My partner and I had our stuff in storage for almost a year here at this location.nService was always amazing, they were always attentive. They send emails to remind you of your payments (if you opt to) to help avoid late fees. The gentlemen in the front are always polite.nThe facility it always clean and tidy. It’s secure. I never once worried about my things.nWhen the time came to close my unit with them they were helpful and it was a quick and easy process with no hidden fees.nnWould highly recommend this location!
The public storage in Lynnwood was very convenient to the freeway to get to . It very secure with a door gate code to get in and out and then keys for our own particular unit. We were given a 30 by 10 unit for the same price as a 20 by 10 and were extremely pleased that all of our things fit into the unit. The unit did not get too hot even in the heat of Summer and preserved our artwork and various items in the unit. Thank you very much for your help and keeping our things safe and the ease of using your storage facility.
Corey was a great big help setting up my storage unit. Facilities are clean. Easy access to I-5 and 405 freeway interchange
After Public Storage keeps rising monthly rates every 6 months or so, I've decided to move out to at different storage, but when I've asked property manager Phil about those rates hikes he explained if I switch to another unit I can get a good initial rates. The rates went from $275 per month for 10x10 unit on the 2nd floor to $121 per month on the 3rd floor, but I had only 24 hours to move my stuff to new unit. It is a good deal for now, but I will see if they keep raising rates again every few months I will move out completely to West-Coast SelfStorage.nAnother thing, restrooms are not working at all, this is crazy! I had only 24 hours to move my stuff, but I had to leave everything from time to time and drive to find some restroom somewhere else. Overall I'm very not happy with Public Storage deceiving marketing!
