Nate is the most dishonest mechanic and human that I have ever met! I am sickened by the good and misleading reviews about this place! Based on these misleading reviews that I saw here, I decide to take my BMW to his shop. I explained to him the issue and he claimed that most of the vehicles they fix are BMWs and that he could fix the problem.nnHe checked the vehicle and claimed to know the cause of the problem. He quoted me for a part that I later found out that he charged me 4X the usual cost of the part. When I confronted him about this, the only thing he could tell me was that “we also make money on the parts” what a horrible answer!nnThat said, after paying him the entire money he asked for and claimed to have fixed the vehicle with brand new parts, I took the vehicle home just to find out that the issue wasn’t nearly fixed, in fact the vehicle was in a much worse condition than when I took it to his shop. The engine was making such horrible noises that I had never heard. I asked him multiple times for the receipt of the part that he claimed to have bought, he could not provide the receipt.nnI decided to take the vehicle to the BMW dealership and unsurprisingly, he actually got the part from the junk yard! Here’s the message I got from the BMW dealership:nn“DID ANYONE ELSE WORK ON THIS ISSUE BEFORE US. MAS AIR FLOW METER WIRES HAVE BEEN PROBED, DIRTY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER THE ENGINE AIR FILTERS, AND THROTTLE ASSEMBLY IS FROM JUNKYARD.(PREVIOUSLY REPLACED)”nnSTAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! They’re a fraud, horrible and do not know what they are doing.
