Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

Nice store. People are helpful always asking if they can help you find something. Cleanliness is practiced. Social distancing and masks are required

Bought items. Returned some the next day. 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund.nFredmeyer you don't even need your receipt and it's back in your hand or account the same day.nI will never shop at Old Navy ever again.nCheap clothes.nCheap service. I was told to keep waiting by the store manager then check back in.nThey steal your money.nYou walk out with out paying it's considered stealing. If I return the items and don't get my money back - stealing!nDon't shop here. It's just not worth it. You can find better deals on better clothes elsewhere.

One of the worse 2 day shopping experience of my 57 year life. Looked for over an hour thru a messy store to put together an outfit. Asked multi associates for assistance and felt like they saw me more as a pain than a customer. Sorry for interrupting your talking to each other by the way. In the end I did find the outfit I was looking for, and the associate at the register was nice and helpful. She informed me I could even save $20 if I was willing to come back the next day to pick up. She had me write my name on a piece of paper and insured me they would be held for me at the register. This definitely renewed my feelings about the store. All that ended the following day (TODAY) when I returned to pick up my findings. The register was packed, so waited for my turn to make my purchase only to be told after a very brief search that the items were not there for me. The associate did say SORRY, but this is not enough for wasting parts of two days. She did not make much of an effort to look and really did not seem to care. It is no wonder stores like this have to have weekly blowout sales to keep in business ... and are still failing. GOOD LUCK TO YOU OLD NAVY and GOOD RIDDANCE. Perhaps I will return for your going out of business sale.
