I have rented from Glacier West Self Storage on several occasions and I have always been pleased with their customer service. The facility is very clean and secure. Zak and Jasper are very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility for storage and for renting uhaul. I have used them for both. Great location also.
Glacier West Self Storage has great customer service!! Zak helped us with our U-Haul reservation. He anticipated our needs, answered our questions and called us ahead of time to make sure we knew where they were and the best route to take if you are driving a big rig. Glacier West is excellent!
Sadly he didn’t have the trailer I needed, but immediately checked local stores that had and reserved it for. Very professional, helpful, and courteous. To see that now a days it’s rare, I’m glad there’s still some people taking pride in their work.
The units are clean and really tall, so there is a ton of extra room. The property is gatednand really well maintained. Customer service is top notch, Zach is great, super available, helpful. I actually had such a great experience I referred my brother and my son there too. Prices were reasonable too!
We were extremely happy with the help and service provided to us here. We were provided with exactly what we needed at the price we were looking for. It was honestly the best part of our day. We highly recommend Glacier West Self Storage!
