In search of wardrobe boxes for moving, I stopped in the store and asked the representative for several. They only had a few, but Lisa went out of her way to call around and obtain many more the next day. Lisa is incredible!nShe called me back within an hour of my visit and made sure I had everything I needed. She gets 10 stars for customer service, not just 5! (The other employees in that store were also incredible.) Thank you.
This is by far the best storage facility that I have used (in Snohomish County, in Washington state)... and I have used at least eight different ones (in Snohomish County, in Washington state). I have never had any problems with anything or anyone there. I have storing with them for two years now. I started out with two of their largest indoor units and I am currently down to just one.
Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions well, plus maintained safety under the current measures. I like the well lit facility, coded entry to the site, elevators, and onsite restrooms. Yes they have a bathroom! Oh and carts available to get your stuff moved.nnI signed up for a year, looking like a good place to keep my stuff safe.
Very clean inside and the lady at the counter was very friendly! Easy to rent a truck. I just wish they would have had the size I really needed. I wanted a 15' truck but had to get a 10'. None of the places around had the 15' available. Otherwise I'd give them a 5 ud83cudf1f
They are amazing! Helpful! Nice and their price is super competitive.
